Each feeder connects to a companion app available on iOS and Android. Setup is simple — download the app, follow the in-box instructions, and the app will automatically recognise your feeder. From there, you can schedule meals, adjust portions, trigger manual feeds, and monitor your pet via the live camera — all from your phone.

All KAIROS feeders are designed for dry food with a kibble size between 3–15mm. They are not suitable for wet food or treats. All models feature a built-in anti-jam mechanism to prevent blockages and keep every meal dispensing smoothly.
-
You can schedule up to 15 meals per day, with 1–99 portion settings per meal, giving you full control over your pet's feeding routine.
-
All KAIROS feeders have dual power supply — mains adapter plus battery backup — so scheduled feeds continue even during a power outage. Battery backup requires D-cell batteries (not included).
